General Terms

Any issues with goods, returns or otherwise need to be raised with Burgan Bros within 24 hours and Burgan Bros will address with appropriate action to the matter.  It is not guaranteed that Burgan Bros will have current supply or availability to all products in our range, some products are ordered in as required so there may be a waiting period, Burgan Bros will notify the customer if this was the situation. 

 Orders received after the time indicated in the delivery schdule will be dispatched on the next available truck.

Payment Terms 

Online Order Payment Terms for current Burgan Bros. Customers holding an account shall remain the same as their Customer Account Payment Terms.

Online Order Payment Terms for customers not holding a current Burgan Bros. Customer Account will be Cash on Delivery or Cash on Pick-Up. Credit Card and Eftpos facilities are available.

Privacy

Burgan Bros respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. The information provided by you to Burgan Bros will be used by Burgan Bros for the primary purpose for which you provided the information. Personal Information provided by you may be used to contact you again either by e-mail, regular mail or telephone. Burgan Bros will not disclose your Personal Information to a Third Party without your consent unless otherwise authorised by law.
